  3. Welcome to PC-Write Lite! This screen tells you how to begin. The Tutorial
  4. and Quick Guide, and the Help screens, will help you do simple editing and
  5. get a feeling for Lite. To print them, use the LITEDISK command, or insert
  6. the Utility diskette in your default drive and enter the command PRINTMAN.
  7. You'll need to register, or get a full manual, to use Lite effectively.

  9. The LITEDISK command uses two PC-Write Lite 5.25 inch (or one 3.5) disks to
  10. make a work diskette or directory, make backup copies of the disks and type
  11. or print the Tutorial and Quick Guide. To do this, put the Program diskette
  12. into the A drive, make A the default drive, and enter the command LITEDISK.

  14. To start Lite, enter the command LITE at the DOS prompt. You will see a full
  15. screen menu to get you started. You can also give the name of a file to edit
  16. after the LITE command, as in LITE MYFILE.

  18. For an addenda to the manual, enter the DOS command TYPE NEWL100.DOC.

  20. Utility disk directory CYRILLIC has the Lite 1.03 files that support Cyrillic
  21. and other foreign alphabets. Type file NEWL102.DOC in this directory for info.
